- Dicker is a lifelong resident of Bellevue, with his family representing
four generations of Cahills in the Seattle area. He attended the
University of Washington, earning his Bachelors and Master’s
Degrees in Business Administration. He started his career in the
Computer Services Industry and while working for General Electric
Information Services, focused his efforts on the emerging Wireless
Technology Industry. He managed national distribution for value
added resellers for US West Cellular and held various leadership
positions in two technology start ups. Dicker launched his second
career following his passion for real estate and leveraging his
extensive knowledge of the history and culture of many unique
neighborhoods on the Eastside. - Dicker is very committed to the community and public service. In
addition to his real estate business, he served 8 years as the Mayor of
the Township of Yarrow Point, an exclusive waterfront community of
1,000 residents on the shores of Lake Washington. Dicker’s clients
benefit from his extensive knowledge of land use, zoning and
working with local government. He is very client-focused and takes
a consultative approach to industry problem solving, essentially
creating a business case for each home he list or acts on behalf of
his buyer. He quickly became a leading Eastside Broker and is the
market leader for new construction in the community of Yarrow
Point. His strong business acumen supports a clear articulation of

buyer and seller’s perspective. He has a track record of success,
