A former Two-Time All American with the University of Washington Track and Field Team, James Brookman is goal oriented, competitive, and results driven. After attending the Foster School of Business for his Undergraduate and master’s degree, James spent the first years of his career as a CPA, working with hundreds of local businesses and individuals.
James brings his rare blend of analytical skills and go-getting attitude with him to every real estate transaction. He has a deep understanding of the financial and economic aspect of the real estate market and is able to communicate and educate his clients. This, along with his desire to help his clients achieve their goals, allows James to excel at King County’s top producing real estate team. James’ role as Developer Accounts Manager oversees the construction of Luxury new construction homes in Bellevue and the Eastside. His tenure in this position is responsible for the sale of over $100M in new construction sales annually.

An Eastside native, James has an extensive knowledge of the greater Seattle area neighborhoods and in his free time he enjoys taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He and his wife Amy enjoy hiking, biking, and taking in the many unique Seattle restaurants. In the summer James can also be found donating countless golf balls to local city golf courses, with a handicap so high not even a CPA can calculate it.
