Kevin represents one of the Eastside’s most notable Builders/Developers and is a proven expert within the niche communities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond and Snoqualmie. Kevin’s hard work, fortitude and persistence are driven by what is ultimately best for his clients wants and needs. He learned a long time ago that his success is not derived from selling luxury homes, but rather his genuine care for clients and passion for Real Estate.
Kevin is active locally, coaching various youth sports teams, and contributing to organizations that support youth activities as well as schools. Kevin lives in Sammamish with his wife (Leandra) and two daughters (Melia & Stella.) He strives to maintain a work life balance by spending time with his family and enjoys Golf, Fishing, Boating, Cooking and anything Sports related.
