After attending Boston College and moving from Boston to Seattle, Nathanael got his start in real estate when he sold a home to a client in the midst of a similar cross-country move: an athlete traded from the Patriots to the Seahawks who was on the hunt for a luxury home. The transaction jump-started his business. Now, after more than 17 years in the business, Nathanael focuses not only on luxury sales but on the whole gambit—small homes, big homes, land deals, new construction, off-market homes and more—with a particular expertise in Seattle’s eastside neighborhoods.
